Task 1:Value
Digital illustration is the technique of using a computer to produce original artwork. Digital illustrators use a combination of illustration software and image editing software to create computer art. Digital illustration is not merely the manipulation of images with software; it is the actual creation of new art with digital tools.

In this first task of digital illustration,i learn to illustrate basic form of shape by using Adobe Photoshop and also create tone or gradient:

 First i using Marquee Tool  from photoshop to create the basic form(circular).

 Then,i choose the colour i want and paint color from its darkest to the lightest

 I using brush tool to paint the basic colour inside the Marquee Tool.

 The next one,is using the second color to paint the circular to create the tone colour,

 The third colour,

The fourth colour,

Lastly, add the highlight with the brightest color at the brightest area.

The second  process,is to put the texture inside the shape we are create in the Adobe Photoshop.

 First i choose any texture from the google then put into the Photoshop.

 Then,lower down the opacity.

 Third,you click 'T' and go to the top choose warp.

 make the texture into the circular.

Last,is click enter.

Task 2 :Digital Portrait

The digital portrait is to paint in portrait digitally.In the task we have to choose one of you like portrait and paint in Photoshop using complementary color.

This is the portrait i choose from painting:

First,i draw the out line follow the portrait:

Second,is to choose the color i want and start to paint a base color for the portrait:

Then,i start to paint the tone and the highlight in face:

Last thing is to add the skin texture to make it real:

Task 3:Matte painting

Matte painting is today's modern form of a traditional matte painter in the entertainment industry.The painting is a landscape for a filmmaker to create a illustration of which is not exist in the reality.

My theme is about fantasy forest and scary forest.

First,i using tree,some jam,small house,window and door to create the tree house.

On the floor,i using mushroom,plant and gem.

the second one,i paint the pumpkin carriage.the pumpkin,wheel,window,plant it is fulling painting by Myself using brush tool.

I also try the make the tree house,mushroom,gem and pumpkin carriage shadow to make it reality.

i add some smoke in the painting.

i add the highlight with the brightest color at the brightest area.

Final Assignment: 3D Typo Digital Painting

In this Week,our lecture give us the Final project that is to design 3D Typo using digital painting.My 3D Typo theme it's Pokemon,that means i will use Pokemon character to design my 3D Typo.I do a lot research about the Pokemon character,my final option is Lucario, pikachu ,Chikorita,Charmander,Froakie,Squitle and Snivy. I also using "Pokemon" become my word.Pokemon is very memorable anime in one’s childhood and popular until now.

First,i do the sketching using the Pokemon i choosing:

After i finish sketching,i start draw into the Photoshop:

   I type the word first to know the composition

 That,i start to sketching in photoshop
